Captain Andy's Fishing Report 1/25/2019

Hi There Fellow Fisherman, Captain Andy here with this week’s Fishing Report

Ice conditions have been improving daily and anglers are starting to venture out further as well. The most ice I have heard of is 12 inches and the least is 3 so if you’re planning on heading out on the bay proceed with extreme caution as always. Reports of good catches of perch in 4-9 feet of water are trickling in as well as a few walleye. As more anglers head out on the bay we will get more reports and feedback about current ice conditions. The extended forecast is looking like Mother Nature is finally coming around to our way of thinking so if your ice gear is still covered in dust now is the time to get it out and get ready.

You have until 7pm February 2nd to sign up for the Frozen Frenzy… with your $20 entry fee you get a free lure and a chance @ winning thousands in cash and prizes…not to mention supporting the Fishing For Fun program and the Linwood Bicentennial Park.

From Captain Andy and the crew at Frank’s, Good Luck and Good Fishing!
